The historic city of Cape Coast came alive on Saturday, May 11, 2024, as the Telecel Ghana Music Awards Xperience concert took over the Robert Mensah Sports Stadium.
The event, which was free and open to the public, drew a massive crowd of music lovers from far and wide.
The concert was a masterclass in Ghanaian music, with a lineup of talented artists delivering electrifying performances that left the audience in awe. From Nacee’s ‘Aseda’ open gate to the heavens, the soulful melodies of Adina, to the energetic vibes of King Paluta, Olive The Boy, Alapta Wan, among others brought their unique style and energy to the stage.
Stonebwoy, the BET Award-winning reggae/dancehall artist, was a crowd favorite, delivering a powerhouse performance that got the audience dancing and singing along. Kofi Kinaata, the Fante rap king, also brought the house down with his hit tracks, showcasing his lyrical prowess and stage presence.
