At the official launch of Cabeza Network’s nationwide 10K Plant Initiative in Togbloku Okor in the Ada East Constituency, Queen Mother NAANA LOMOKIE LOMO I, Divisional Queen Mother of Royal Lomobiawe in the Ada Traditional Area, called on Ghanaian youth to take entrepreneurship seriously and actively contribute to national development.
Addressing the gathering of traditional leaders, dignitaries, and community members, she applauded the government’s existing efforts and structures that support youth entrepreneurship, encouraging young people to take advantage of these opportunities.
“I want to urge the youth not to wait for jobs, but to rise up and create them,” Queen Mother Naana Lomokie Lomo I stated. “The government has laid the foundation, but it is up to us, especially the younger generation to build on it. Initiatives like what Cabeza Network is doing show us how powerful innovation and purpose can be in shaping the future of our nation.”
She commended Cabeza Network’s environmental campaign, which aims to plant 10,000 trees across the country, starting from Ada East. The initiative not only supports climate action but also serves as an example of youth-led innovation with tangible benefits for communities.
