Groomsmen, an intriguing Ghanaian movie, is ready to be unleashed unto the Ghanaian movie market.
The thought-provoking movie is set to be premiered at the Silverbird Cinema in Accra Mall on Friday, July 12, 2024, at 10 am. prompt. This beautiful movie, which is going to be shown throughout the month, was given an exclusive showing at the same venue on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.
The glamorous movie, which has Ghanaian actor Adjetey Anang and Venita Akpofure from Nigeria as lead actors, also starred some big names in the Ghanaian movie industry. These include Ken Fiati, James Gardiner, Jeffrey Nortey, Lerney Lomotey, Peter Ritchie, and David Dontoh.
The Groomsmen is a film shot by renowned music video and film director, Yaw Skyface, and directed by Ampong K. Kwakye. Just as the love between Ghana and Nigeria has been held by the entertainment industry, this amazing project has Nigerian actors, Venita Akpofure and Baaj Aderule, being great additions to the cast.
Ghanaian actors such as Kofi Adjololo, Enock Darko, Jeffrey Nortey and Nana Boamah of Yolo television series fame, have recently resulted to the Nollywood, who have found various modes of making thier movie industry super attractive. This particular movie and few others are here to defy the notion and the dormant tags that the movie industry has received.
