Scholarships and bursaries have also been awarded to deserving students, ensuring that education is accessible to all, regardless of their financial background.Another significant achievement under Hon. Osca’s leadership is the promotion of healthcare services in Yunyo Constituency.
New healthcare facilities have been established, and existing ones have been upgraded to provide better healthcare services to residents. This has resulted in improved health outcomes and a healthier population in Yunyo
Furthermore, Hon. Oscar has been actively involved in various community development projects that have brought about positive change in the lives of the constituents. Over 80 communities have access to clean water under Hon. Liwal.
