Stonebwoy has revealed that his road manager and a friend were victims of a robbery at gunpoint. During an interview on GTV’s Breakfast Show with Kafui Dey, the award-winning Dancehall artist shared the unfortunate incident, which occurred on Monday.
According to Stonebwoy, after he parted ways with his road manager, the two headed home. Upon reaching his manager’s compound, they were confronted by two armed men. At gunpoint, the robbers made away with their Mercedes Benz, an undisclosed sum of money, and several phones.
The artist is pleading with the robbers to return the stolen vehicle, asking them to leave it in a location where it can be recovered. Stonebwoy expressed his concern during the interview, acknowledging that it might be difficult for the robbers, but he hopes they would return the car. He added that the money and other valuables could be kept, but he would greatly appreciate the car being returned.
“I know it is hard to do, but I will like to plead with anyone involved to kindly leave the car at a visible spot for them to take. As for the money, and other stuff, they can keep that, but please, let us have the car back,” Stonebwoy said.
The artist is also urging anyone with information regarding the incident to assist in locating the vehicle.
