Awardwinning Ghanaian singer and rapper Martin Kofi King Arthur, widely known as Kofi Kinaata, has touched the hearts of Ghanaian music lovers with his latest single, Effiekuma Broken Heart.
The Hgh Grade Family graduate, who gained grounds in the music industry under the watch of the likes of labe boss Samini Dagaati and manager Tony Pun, is known for releasing songs on his birthday. He started this trend way before he had his breakthrough song, ‘The Crusade’, which features one of his best friends in the music industry, Donzy Chaka, as well as Susuka in the year 2015.
Kofi Kinaata, whose brand has become attractive and admirable for many in the music space withinatwinkleof an eye, is also tagged, the young legend. A brand that is free from controversies and is only focused on his musical talent and his usual comical antics on social media. He is blessed with a special gift of writing infectious music with relatable messages, and his chameleon nature when he switches between rap and singing is remarkable.
Effiekuma Broken Heart, a song that talks about unfortunate failed relationships, seems a perfect match with the mode of singing of the Effiekuma hitmaker was released on April 15, 2024, the birthday of the Effiekuma superster. The song that is surely going to be appreciated more by individuals experiencing failed relationships seems to be a continuation of Effiekuma Love, one of the most beautiful projects of the West Side Legacy frontliner.

The duo worked together to produce an evergreen song titled Never Again.
Kofi Kinaata is coming up with his second body of work, which he tagged Kofi Oo Kofi EP. He has also had some beautiful concerts to his credit, especially the Made In Taadi concert, which saw the 2022 and 2023 editions canceled due to some reasons beyond the control of organizers. The concert was born out of one of Kinaata’s gifts to his people titled ‘Made In Taadi’.
