Ace Liam, a one-year-old with a passion for painting, has made history by becoming the youngest male artist to enter the Guinness World Records. His achievement is not only remarkable for him but also for Ghanaians, as it marks a significant milestone in the country’s record-breaking history.
Liam’s journey to the record began when his mother, aware of his son’s talent, inquired about the possibility of entering the painting category. To their delight, they found that the previous record holder was a three-year-old who had held the title for 20 years.
From December 15th to January 21st, 2024, Liam showcased his paintings at the Museum of Arts and Technology. Visitors flocked to the exhibition, not only to admire his artwork but also to support him by purchasing his paintings. Among the esteemed guests was the First Lady of Ghana, Mrs. Rebecca Akuffo Addo, who visited the exhibition venue to show her support for Liam.
Liam’s mother shared that the attempt required significant financial assistance to meet the various system checks, amounting to close to Ghc10,000. Despite the challenges, Liam and his family persevered, ultimately achieving success.
Congratulations to Liam and his family! Ghana celebrates this remarkable achievement with pride.
