The Ghana Police Service has started its 2024 recruitment. From August 7 To August 13, Interested and qualified applicants who applied in the 2021 Recruitment exercise should submit their details for engagement.

General Requirements: All applicants must:
a. Be a Ghanaian by birth.
b. Be of good character.
c. Have no criminal record
d. Not have been dismissed from any public service or other employment.
e. Be between 18 and 28 years old.
f. Be at least 5 feet 8 inches (173 cm) tall for males and 5 feet 4 inches (163 cm) tall for females.
g. Be physically and medically fit according to GIS standards.
h. Have a minimum of five passes in SSCE/WASSCE including Mathematics and English as of December 1, 2021.
i. Be ready to undergo basic Police training and other forms of training.
Graduate General Duty Requirements:
Degree Holders:
- Must be under 35 years old
- Must  have a Bachelor’s Degree (at least Second-Class Lower Division) from a recognized university as of December 1, 2021.
HND Holders:
- Must be under 35 years old
- Must have an HND from a recognized Polytechnic or Tertiary Institution accredited by the Ghana Accreditation Board as of December 1, 2021.
Diploma Holders:
- Must be under 35 years old
- Must have a Diploma from a recognized Polytechnic or Tertiary Institution accredited by the Ghana Accreditation Board as of December 1, 2021.
NOTE!!!
- Deadline for submission: Tuesday, August 13, 2024.
- Ensure all provided information is accurate. No physical submission of application forms will be accepted.
- Successful applicants will be contacted for the next phase of the exercise, which includes body selection, document inspection, medical examinations, and thorough background checks.
