The Ghana Entertainment Awards 2024 was an unforgettable night full of fun, glitz, and thrills. The event celebrated various artists and industry players for their contributions to Ghanaian music in Ghana, the USA, and Canada.
The night began at around 8:30 PM, with various acts delivering electrifying performances. The audience cheered as artists like Kwaw Kese, Kofi Mole, Sista Afia, and Sefa performed their back-to-back hits. The awards night was filled with entertainment and glamour.
This year marked the 5th anniversary of the Ghana Entertainment Awards. As promised, the best talents in their respective fields received awards for their outstanding efforts over the past year.
Honorees were also celebrated for their significant contributions to the industry. This year’s honorees included; DJ E’Love, Prince Bright, DJ Prince Paul FSRDJ, Jay Q, Doreen Andoh, Delay, MC Papa Linc.Special recognition citations were awarded to the Tagoe Sisters and The Real Rules of Ohio.
The weekend’s event was packed and saw many prominent Ghanaian celebrities in attendance, including actress Fella Makafui, musician Sista Afia, Bisa K Dei, legendary producer Jay Q, Prince Bright of Buk Bak, media mogul Bola Ray, Akuma Mama Zimbi, Sefa, Kofi Mole, 6fo, Empress Afi, Duke of D2, bloggers GH Hyper, Sammy Kay, and GhKwaku, DJ Millzy, radio presenter Caroline Sampson, Tagoe Sisters, Opanka, Belinda Dzata, Regina Van Helvert, Maison Yusuf, Rosey Music, Silla, 1st Lady of Newark City Linda Jumah, and many others.
