Celebrating comedic genius, cultural pride, and creative excellence, the Ghana Comedy Awards 2025 was a great success. The event, which took place at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra, Ghana, on Saturday, May 24, 2025, brought together some of the best of the best in Ghana’s entertainment industry, media outlets, influencers, and fans for an unforgettable evening of humour and honour. From the red carpet kick-off at 7:00 p.m., which was glitzy with celebrity appearances and fanfare, to the event’s thrilling start at 8:30 p.m., which was ushered by the black beret band, to the event’s exciting start at 8:30 p.m., laughter continued until 1:00 am on May 25. The show featured memorable comedic sets, a live performance by the Ghanaian military band-Black beret band, heartfelt speeches, and stunning moments of recognition.
