Swiss-Ghanaian multi-instrumentalist and music educator BEDA has officially released his long-anticipated debut solo album, Will Let You Go now available on all major streaming platforms. This emotionally rich body of work is a soul-soaked exploration of love in its many forms, blending Afro rhythms, soulful melodies, reggae grooves, and some of the most compelling female voices in contemporary music.

At its heart, Will Let You Go is about love’s power to connect, transform, and heal even when it means letting go. Each of the eleven tracks weaves a personal story, tracing love’s journey through longing, joy, heartbreak, and hope. Beda, who recorded the entire project in his studio at Beda’s Creative Hub in Old Ashongman, brings decades of global musical experience into one deeply authentic and personal release.

The album features outstanding guest vocals by six powerful female artists, including Wiyaala, Feli Nuna, Lamisi, Susan Augustt, Cathryn, and young talent Truth Ofori, whose haunting performance on the closing lullaby brings the journey full circle.

One standout track is “Kiss Me,” a favorite of the album’s keyboardist Kamarou, whose melodic contributions shine throughout the project. With every note recorded live, refined through intimate stage performances at Beda’s, the album captures the raw emotion and human connection that can only come from live collaboration.

Beyond the music, Will Let You Go is a reflection of Beda’s cross-cultural life journey — from a small village in Endingen, Switzerland, to the vibrant rhythms of Accra, Ghana. It is a celebration of how music can bridge continents, generations, and identities.

Key Values Highlighted in the Album:

Love as a universal force — honest, vulnerable, and powerful.

Authenticity in creation — every sound recorded live, every word born from lived experience.

Cross-cultural collaboration — merging Swiss precision with Ghanaian soul.

Female empowerment — amplifying diverse women’s voices in storytelling and performance.
Community-driven art — produced and performed at Beda’s, a grassroots creative hub.

The album release was celebrated with a Live Concert at Beda’s (Old Ashongman) on May 2, bringing the music to life in the very space where it was born.
