Under her exceptional leadership, the Sidalco Group has experienced remarkable growth over the past decades. The company is best known for its groundbreaking contributions to Ghana’s agro-processing sector, especially in supporting cash crop farmers. Since 1992, Sidalco has supplied innovative agricultural solutions such as Sidalco Liquid Fertilizer, agro-chemicals, and advanced machinery that have transformed cocoa production. Mama Gifty’s journey into entrepreneurship began in the early 1990s with food processing and exports, including mushrooms, papaya, and pineapples to international markets. She later co-founded Sidalco Ltd with her late husband, Hon. David Lamptey, laying the foundation for the thriving conglomerate she leads today.
