Accra Metropolitan University proudly celebrates the academic achievement of Dr. Michael Kubi, who has successfully earned his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Science.
Dr. Kubi pursued this doctoral programme with Laweh Open University (now Accra Metropolitan University) in partnership with the Open University of Tanzania, a collaborative initiative designed to expand opportunities for higher education across Africa.
Originally, Dr. Kubi was scheduled to graduate alongside other students at the University’s official congregation a few weeks ago. However, the completion of additional verifications and documentation requirements necessitated a short delay. Today, we are delighted to confirm that he has now been formally awarded his PhD, marking the culmination of years of dedication, resilience, and academic rigor.
This achievement not only represents a personal milestone for Dr. Kubi but also highlights the strength of cross-border academic partnerships that bring quality education closer to learners in Ghana and beyond.
