Deiga Kwadzo Dei XII Blesses Ghana’s New Ambassador to Hungary, Dr. Kwame Ampofo
The Paramount Chief of the Peki Traditional Area, Deiga XII, has offered blessings and words of encouragement to Ghana’s new Ambassador to Hungary, H.E. Dr. Kwame Ampofo, during a courtesy call at the Deiga Palace.
Dr. Ampofo, accompanied by the District Chief Executive of South Dayi, Hon. Kokroko, constituency executives, family, and members of the NDC, was warmly received by the Paramount Chief and elders of the palace.
In his address, Deiga Kwadzo Dei XII expressed appreciation to government for recognizing the people of South Dayi with national appointments. He urged the community, especially the youth, to wish each other well and avoid praying for the downfall of those elevated.
Dr. Ampofo, in response, stressed the value of integrity and a good name in leadership. He pledged to use his ambassadorial position to bring development opportunities to South Dayi and Peki, while striving to leave behind enduring legacies.
The visit strengthened the ties between traditional leadership and national service, setting a hopeful tone for Dr. Ampofo’s diplomatic journey.
