According to a documents available to us, The Supreme court judge have been declared not the legitimate owner of the litigated 2 plots of Land situated at West legon after a tedious investigation was conducted by the Ghana Police service in a joint cross checks with lands commission.

An investigation conducted by the Ghana Police service confirm that the chief executive officer of Geron Investment & trading Co. Ltd company bought the land from the right source and it has been been duly registered in his name. so far environmental protection agency can confirm that indeed Mr Geraldo legitimately own the land situated at West legon.
So far the supreme court judge Justice Emmanuel yonny kulendi is trying everything possible to forcefully take the land from Geraldo company but that can’t be possible because all the state institutions that are responsible for land acquisition and have proven beyond reasonable dought that indeed Geron Investment & trading Co. Ltd is the rightful owner of the present litigated land.
