Ghanaian motivational speaker and singer Adeline Baidoo had revealed the inspiration behind her new song.

The Brain House Music signee, as part of the promotional adventure of her new song, had a heartfelt conversation with Zeal Nana Kweku Bliss on Class Xtra on Saturday, April 20, 2024. She touched on some sensitive aspects of her growth as a woman, a teacher, as well as a Gospel preacher.

The President of Ghana Women Forum spoke about the hardship she encountered from a tender age through her youthful stage to adulthood. She had to go a series of starvation just to miraculously see herself through school, which is one thing she still can not rationalize how she survived. Her ‘Mabre Pen’ song echoes the power of God to raise his children from a gory state to a glorious end.

The soul-searching ambassador of the Gospel and amazing Worshiper has won a couple of prestigeous awards in the Central Region of Ghana and is hopeful to get some recognition in the top national award scheme. Winning awards is one of the great motivational factors and a solid source of pride for creative people.

When asked about her expectations of penetrating the likes of Telecel Music Awards with her latest project, the Gospel singer revealed that she will be glad to see that happen, but, the task of filing for nominations is in the hands of her management team. She added that she will never be discouraged if she does not get involved in the activities of these award schemes.

Mabre Pen, a song with relatable messages, was released in January this year. It falls in line with the trend of Gospel songs released in recent times. Just like Waye Me Yie by Piesie Esther, which was was impactful in the music industry a couple of years ago, Aseda by Naacee, Victory by Joyce Blessing, Anuonyam by Mabel Okyere, among few other well-written Gospel songs, Mabre Pen has the potentials to have some impacts on the lives of many.

The devoted Youth Empowerment Activist and motivational speaker is a lecturer at Accra Technical University. She is known on campus, especially by the students in the Fashion Department, for her impressive counseling skills. She promised her fans a beautiful event dubbed ‘Mabre Pen Concert’ later this year.

Adeline Baidoo has a lot of blessings for Ghanaians, which can only be realized if she receives the needed attention and support. Mabre Pen, among other masterpieces from her camp, such as Hallelujah Praise, Yehowa Aseda, is available on all streaming platforms.
