Exciting Ghanaian choreographer Danita Akosua Adomaah Yeboah, branded Afronitaaa, has finally unveiled her new project, Afrostar Kids Academy.

This long-term wish of the compassionate choreographer of having to train younger dancers, which has finally manifested, has been in the public domain after she revealed it as part of the birthday wishlist. The dance industry needs some level of positivity and unity to secure the future of our kids with dance and project the rich cultural value of Ghana through dance.

The special announcement, which means so much to her, was made on social media through a prerecorded video. Afrostar Kids Academy, her biggest dream, is finally a reality. The dance school basically targets providing the best opportunities for children in Ghana, ranging from age 3 to 12 years, who are passionate about dance to gain the basics and prepare them to become one of the best choreographers in future.

“Everyone knows how much I love children, and this is something I have been wanting to do for so long, and God being so good, in his own perfect time, it is happening. And, it’s about to be the biggest thing to hit the dance industry in Ghana.” she excitingly revealed.

Afronitaaa’s agenda looks so realistic, considering how she gets kid choreographers enthusiastic in some of the projects she puts out there. Her link up play along with TV3’s Talented Kids season 14 winner, Abigail, to the extent of partnering the little girl on the British Got Talent auditioning is commendable.

The adorable choreographer bounced back in the best possible way after her unfair mode of separation from the Dance With Purpose Academy almost four months ago. She took it in good faith and put in some hard work, and she has been in the news for the good reasons and making Ghana proud.

Aside from being on British Got Talent with Abigail, Afronitaaa joined Patience James to teach and perform at this year’s Afro In Heels dance festival. She was in Barbados along with Usher1Baby for the Bridgetown International Arts Festival, where they became the first Ghanaian choreographers to feature in the Nations Newspaper in Barbados. Now, she is here with the Afrostar Kids Academy.

This project is very distinct as compared to the other dance academies available in the system. Dance With Purpose Academy, Nila Dance Academy, Dance 4 Change, Vivies Dance and Theatre Academy, Africa Breaking Academy, and the rest have been impactful, but Afrostar Kids Academy comes in with something different.

Afrostar Kids Academy, which was announced on Friday, April 5, 2024, is scheduled to be launched on Sunday, April 14, 2024, at Fitrip Ghana. Parents and guardians are to visit the website of the Stargyal, www.afronitaaa.com, to register their wards. The link to the website can be found in her biography on all social media platforms. It includes registration and monthly subscription fees and every other detail.

This project will need the support of Ghanaians as it is pregnant with a lot of glory days for the Ghanaian dance industry. She entreats everyone to follow them on all socialmedia platform, via @afrostar_kids_academy for more updates.
