ALLEGED GH₵3.39 MILLION VEHICLE AUCTION SCAM EXPOSED

A group of 29 individuals, led by Mr. Lionel Lawson, has officially petitioned authorities over an alleged large-scale fraud involving a woman identified as Princess Emmanuella Sam, also known as Aseneni Piesie Dompiahene and Nana Osae Boahene I.

According to the petition, the suspect allegedly collected a total of GH₵3,390,000.00 from the group under the pretext of facilitating the purchase of 38 vehicles through a private auction deal.

The scheme was reportedly presented as a highly confidential opportunity, with claims that the auction was connected to influential figures. The suspect is said to have used the names of high-ranking individuals to gain trust and convince victims to invest.

A total amount of GH₵3,390,000.00 was collected from the group as part of the supposed vehicle auction arrangement.

Victims report that the suspect initially promised delivery of some vehicles by the end of January 2026. However, the delivery dates were repeatedly postponed. As delays continued, several participants lost confidence in the deal and demanded refunds.

The suspect allegedly claimed at a point that the funds had been secured and refunds would be processed. However,
She reportedly failed to refund any money.
She began giving inconsistent explanations and allegedly stopped responding to calls, her whereabouts where unknown.

The affected group has now formally appealed to the appropriate authorities to help investigate the matter thoroughly.
